Dr.Zhang received a PhD in Computer Science from TAMU in 2005. Her general area of research is Agent-Based Modeling and Simulation. Her research is supported by NSF, ACS (Association of Colleges in South), CUR (Council On Undergraduate Research), Trinity University and other programs. Dr. Zhang is in the editorial board and program committee for major journals and conferences in her area, such as Simulation and AAMAS. She also regularly reviewed proposals for federal agencies such as NSF.
