iPhone Gurus (aka PED Junior Students),

I've subscribed you to our class mailing list  
(CSPED at Mail.CS.Trinity.Edu).

By next Monday, I need your choice of group leader for each project  
group
(Group 1 and Group 2).  Also, you should have started your interviews  
with
our project consultants, Dr. Chuck White (cwhite at trinity.edu), Mr.  
Fred Zapata
(Fred.Zapata at Trinity.edu), and Mr Tony Salinas  
(Tony.Salinas at Trinity.edu).

Our consultants are very busy people, so please try to schedule your  
visits
in groups of at least 3 students at a time and prepare your questions  
ahead
of time.

Finally, by next week, I would like to have a brief presentation from  
each
group of your efforts to build one of the sample iPhone apps and run it
on the emulator.

Finally, I need at least one of the additional Department 3G iPhones  
so each
group can have access to a phone to download some of the Stanford and/or
ACU apps.  This should be a show and tell and can be the efforts of just
one member of each group.  The idea is to give each of the rest of us a
quick How-to of the process.

I'm excited about this project, particularly because we have a really  
great
group of really talented students and I also want to thank our  
consultants
for their input to our course.
