Cycle Goes On
by AHR
Buzzards squawk
On how they walk
So proud to talk the walk
On how growing up hunters is to stalk
While their imprints end in chalk
It’s not worth knowing
It’s okay
If for today
We dismay and relay
It’s not worth showing
Pigs they brag
On soap boxes rags
On how it’s easy just to tag
But’s so fun it’s a drag
Like showing up dressed in stag
Waiving the proud torn up flag
You’re just here for the nag
While middle folks start to lag
Doctor smoking up the shwag
It’s not worth going
In doing so
Now we know
How tides turn and how they flow
My lonely visitor is the crow
All he preaches is how to row
Against the folks friend or foe
Sorry there Maggie jo
For how you saw is in tow
It’s not worth blowing
Now beware
Of demon’s stare
When your woman casts her glare
And your friends are nowhere
Here you chose the rotten pairs
And she’s worried you don’t care
I was drunk better worse for wear
For it’s causing to loose some hair
It’s not worth throwing
Now we part
From the start
Living in the shopping cart
While other hail shopping marts
Bitter tongues tastes too tart
Other stand there breaking hearts
It’s now worth crowing
The search is looking for the lead
All she wants is to need
Flailing holy beads
While the flesh continue to breed
Others scoff to let it bleed
The Prince is supported by paper reeds
While the sheep find no feed
It’s not worth flowing
Now you’re good
Because you could
While doing what you should
Knock on wood
Yet making love on dashboard hoods
If you could change you, you know you would
It’s not worth growing
Now it’s time to partake
In the general morning’s wake
For only they know what’s at stake
Families eat of rotten cakes
But in this land that’s what we make
Find one’s dream just to break
To pick them up with corporate rakes
And the cycle goes on
