[CSCI2194] new mailing list

As you may have guessed from a previous message:

I've set up a mailing list for each of my courses this semester and
subscribed all students.  I plan to use these lists to send messages
that I'd like to archive (so you can refer back to them even if your
copy gets lost); if I've set them up right, you will also be able
to send messages to the list (so everyone gets a copy, including me).

There's now a link on each course Web page (that's the one at
http://www.cs.trinity.edu/~bmassing/Classes/CS2194_2006spring/HTML
for this course) with a link to the Web interface for the list,
including an archive of old messages.
