[CSCI2194] updated project description on Web

I've updated the project description on the Web, splitting it
into three phases (requirements analysis, design, and prototype
implementation) and adding another milestone ("deliverable" in the
language of the project description) as discussed in class today.
I will add more details about the remaining deliverables as their
due dates approach.

The notes for today's class include a few details about how to
invoke the UML plug-in for Eclipse.  You don't have to use this to
draw your UML diagrams, but it does seem convenient.  You may not
be able to print them directly, but it appears to be possible to
export to a format called SVG, which can then be converted into other
graphics formats and included in a word-processed report or printed.
If you have trouble with any of this, feel free to ask.

More information about the ethics presentations will be provided
soon.
