You may have noticed that the
library website,
lib.trinity.edu, has a new look. This
updated design improves the accessibility of library resources and services, and
expands our ability to offer new tools and features in order to meet the
evolving needs of our users. With a structure and layout based on extensive
usability research with library patrons, it also reflects the recent changes to
the look and feel of
www.trinity.edu. There are many new features we’d like you to know about,
and we’ve put together a brief tour of them, along with a tip sheet which will
help you find your way around the new site.
Here are a few highlights, along with the urls to include in syllabi and update your bookmarks:
You may discover that something you could easily find on the old site doesn’t seem to be readily available on the new one. While we have put considerable effort into preventing such an inconvenience, this is likely to happen a time or two as we put the finishing touches on the new site in the next. For this reason, the old site is still available online, in its entirety, at http://lib.trinity.edu/index_old.shtml. From the new site, just click the “Welcome to our new site!” link in the middle of the page, then look for the “Visit The Old Library Website” link in the upper right of the page.
