 Homework: Lynda.trinity.edu

Note: Because the mid-term exam will concentrate on spreadsheets, all EXCEL homework using lynda.com will be done on Windows computers since those are the ones we will use for the exam. Mac users will need to work these tutorials on a PC.

Open lynda.trinity.edu and search on Excel. Find this tutorial package:

Open it and work through the tutorials from Chapter one (Getting Started) through Chapter three (only to the end of Working with Dates and Times - we will go over the IF function in class next week). Take a screen shot of your final tutorial window and upload it to your blog with an analysis of this tutorial - good, bad, ugly. What confused you? What did you like? You will be responsible for this material on quizzes and the midterm.
