In order to utilize the J environment to perform OpenGL-like graphics development, bindings between
OpenGL functions and J verbs must be constructed. After constructing the bindings between J verbs and
OpenGL functions, the J system may be updated by either loading code containing verb bindings into the
appropriate locale via a suitably constructed J system.
