Symplectic Maps and Chaos

in Chaotic Dynamics class taught by Dr. Liz Bradley in the CS department here
at CU. I looked at how using symplectic maps might affect the chaotic nature
of various systems. The first two links go to applets that I wrote to
illustrate some of the nature of symplectic maps and how their use can effect
the structure of the KAM Tori of a system. The last link is to my final paper.
