1] Scan a good photo of yourself with a digital scanner. Do not use a student ID. Save it on a floppy disk as UserName.TIF My username is thicks; my photo should be thicks.TIF. Make the photo approximately 5" in height. Try to get a good head shot for a resume. Substitute your username throughout.

2] Start Paint Shop Pro. Load image A:/UserName.TIF. Save it in JPG format as A:/UserNameBig.JPG
    File -> Page Setup
    Select options : Center on Page & Maintain aspect Ration
    Print a copy. Using a pen, label it "A" in the top right corner.

4] Close all of the images in Paint Shop Pro. Once more, load image A:/UserName.TIF. Save it in GIF format as C:\Temp\UserNameBig.GIF

5] Close all of the images in Paint Shop Pro. Once more, load image A:/UserName.TIF. Save it in BMP format as C:\Temp\UserNameBig.BMP

13] Close all of the images in Paint Shop Pro. Once more, load image A:/UserName.JPG. Resize the image to be 50 Pixels High. Maintain the same aspect ration. Save it in JPG format as A:\UserNameSnap.JPG

    Select options : Center on Page & Maintain aspect Ration
    Print a copy. Using a pen, label it "D" in the top right corner.
