1] Create a folder called Graph. Call the spreadsheet Graphing.XLS

2] You may use Excel on either the Macintosh or the IBM.

3] Select a topic relative to either your major or a possible major. Suppose I take sales in business.

Place the data into cells on a spreadsheet. Select the first row, Jane. Create a Pie Graph for Jane. Make sure that the graph includes labels Jan, Feb, Mar, and April. Add a title to the graph.

Select the second row, Tony. Create a Line Graph for Tony. Make sure that the graph includes labels Jan, Feb, Mar, and April. Add a title to the graph.

Select the second Column, Feb. Create a Line Graph for Feb. Make sure that the graph includes labels Jane, Tony, and Amy. Add a title to the graph.

Create a good two dimensional graph for all rows and columns. Make sure that you include good titles, legends, labels, etc.

Print the spreadsheet.

3] Disk containing folder Graph.
