You do indeed need something official, but I just sent e-mail to two
people in CLT explaining the situation and listing all your names,
so I *think* that should be enough.  Of course, let me know if you
run into trouble.

P.S.  Remember that you're free to try to be entertaining and creative
here; the biggest requirements are that you (1) stick fairly closely
to the problem scenarios I sent group leader and (2) don't put in
stuff that's, well, "inappropriate for a mixed-gender professional
group" might be the way to say it -- or "keep it clean".
