In class, we created an algorithm to write the binary representation of any positive integer. Create an algorithm to write the hexadecimal representation of any positive integer. Present the algorithm using pseudocode similar to that we used in class.

3.
Create a chart of binary, decimal, and hexadecimal notation for the first twenty nonnegative integers starting with zero.
